It is now possible to install a hanger bar without having to place a shelf above it, and this bracket allows you to do so. If you are creating a hanging space you may want to install a hanger bar, but may not require shelving space. Therefore, all you need to do is to purchase 6810 SuperSlide hanger bar wall brackets to attach the hanger bar to any available side walls that you may have and then place one of these 1038 brackets a maximum of 40cm / 16” apart, along the hanger bar's length! The 1038 bracket screws to your back wall and is made from steel with a white painted finish. The hanger bar just snaps into the front of the 1038 bracket and holds it 30.5cm/12" forward from the rear wall. Please make sure you have a hanger bar of a suitable length - 2012, 2056, 2057, 2059 - hanger bar brackets 6810 and hanger bar end caps - 2081 or 2083 in your cart before you check out!
