These end caps are needed for Shelf & Rod shelving only.
They fit onto the two large gauge wires that form the hang rod for all versions of Shelf & Rod shelving and hide the cut ends that can snag clothes etc.
Unless you have an 'open end', you will need 4 of these large end caps per shelf that you plan to install, in addition to 203 - small plastic end caps for the smaller gauge wires.
