This layout is the perfect reach in closet.
It gives you space for your short hanging garments, space for your long hanging garments, space for your folded garments or linen and a drawer system for your underwear!
In a 3.05m/10' width you wil get a 122cm/48" wide section to the left hand side for two tier hanging, a 61cm/24" wide section in the middle for shelving with a drawer system below and a 122cm/48" wide section to the right hand side for long hanging.
This layout uses our 30.5cm12" deep SuperSlide shelving system. The drawer system comprises of one triple depth (28cm/11" deep) drawer and two double depth (18cm/7" deep) drawers, a plastic moulded top, drawer stops and floor protector caps. The system stands at 76cm/30" high, 48cm/19" wide and 59cm/23" deep.
We recommend that when ordering a system with two tier hanging, you have a minimum ceiling height of 216cm/85" to allow a long enough drop for your garments. We also recommend that closets be at least 59cm/23" deep to allow enough room for the drawer system.
Our systems must attach to the back wall but will attach to side walls if they are available. Our drawings are shown with both side walls but some people will not have these walls to fix to, and therefore we need to know which wall(s) are available so that we can send the correct components so that you can install your closet properly. Please select the correct option from the drop down menu below, which best describes the availability of your side walls as though facing your closet enclosure working left to right.
Our systems CAN be fixed to stud walls and solid walls with no problems, as long as they are built to standard building regulations.
If your space is not quite 3.05m/10' wide, don't worry as our wire shelving is adjustable and can be cut down to your exact measurements using either a pair of boltcutters (available at £12.99) or a hacksaw.
