If you only really have short hanging garments then this is the closet layout for you.
In a 3.66m/12' width you will get a 305cm/120" wide section of double hanging space for short hanging garments and a 61cm/24" wide section of shelving with a drawer system below.
This layout uses our 30.5cm/12" deep SuperSlide shelving and our standard drawer system kit. The drawer system comprises of one triple depth (28cm/11" deep) drawer, two double depth (18cm/7" deep) drawers, a plastic moulded top, drawer stops and floor protector caps. The system stands at 76cm/30" high, 48cm/19" wide and 59cm/23" deep.
When double hanging garments we recommend that your closet must have a minimum ceiling height of 216cm/85" to allow garments to have a long enough drop. We also recommend that your closet have a minimum depth of 59cm/23" to allow enough room for the drawer system.
If your space is not quite 3.66m/12' wide, then don't worry as our systems are adjustable and our steel wire shelving can be cut down to match your exact measurements. Just use a pair of boltcutters (available at £12.99) or a hacksaw!
Our systems must attach to the back wall but will attach to side walls if they are available. Our drawings are shown with both side walls but some people will not have these walls to fix to, and therefore we need to know which wall(s) are available so that we can send the correct components so that you can install your closet properly. Please select the correct option from the drop down menu below, which best describes the availability of your side walls as though facing your closet enclosure working left to right.
Our systems CAN be fixed to stud walls and solid walls with no problems, as long as they are built to standard building regulations.
