All items will be sent within 10 working days from receipt of order. Providing a contact telephone number allows our staff to schedule a suitable and convenient delivery date, if requested. If no requests for a specific delivery date are made, goods will be sent within the 10 working day time frame without the customer being notified.
Our minimum online delivery charge is £10.00* for orders less than £100.00 in value, however some goods are eligible to be sent via postal services and are therefore charged at reduced rates - by placing items into your cart and selecting your delivery area will show you the delivery charged applicable to your order before you commit to buy. If you are unsure about how much your delivery charges will be then feel free to call our sales & customer services office on 01622 870050 and our staff will help in any way that they can with your queries.
We use a carrier service to deliver your goods, and therefore are unable to specify a time for delivery. If you would like specific delivery times, then please read all of the delivery options and note that these options are subject to extra charges.
Goods will not be sent until full payment has been received. The online shop does not authorise your cards automatically and therefore if any problems are experienced, one of our sales team will call on your provided contact number to correct the problem before your goods are scheduled and sent for delivery. Once your card has been billed, the payment will appear on your card statement from Organise My Home - our UK authorised retailer.
If once you have received your goods, you would like to return them, you have 14 days in which to do so. Any items that are returned must be sent back at the customers expense. If customers would like a refund, a 80% refund is given on all goods. Management reserves the right to change the percentage offered after reviewing individual cases. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition and be sent back well packaged and protected.
When ordering, customers must give details about any open ends in their space that they may have, that ClosetMaid products will be unable to fix to. If details are not given, we will assume that customers have both side walls to attach to and therefore will send the fixtures needed to attach the shelving in this way. If customers later realise they need different fixtures, they will hold the responsibility to pay for these additional items.
Management reserves the right to stop any promotions or alter them at any time, as well as introduce price increases without warning.
