This is our simplest layout that will help to maximise your utility or airing closet!
Our Steel wire shelving is perfect for use in the airing closet or utility room. The shelving is ventilated which allows the air to circulate around your garments and linen so that it dries quickly and stays fresh!
This layout has no space for hanging and comes with 30.5cm/12" deep Linen shelving. For this layout we recommend you have a minimum closet depth of 33cm/13" and a minimum ceiling height of 216cm/85".
Our shelving is also available with 40.6cm/16" deep shelving. Please select the correct option when ordering the layout. Our 40.6cm/16" shelving selection is priced differently.
Don't worry if your space is not quite 1.22m/4' wide, our shelving is adjustable and by using a pair of boltcutters or a hacksaw, you can trim the shelving to your exact measurements!
Our systems must attach to the back wall but will attach to side walls if they are available. Our drawings are shown with both side walls but some people will not have these walls to fix to, and therefore we need to know which wall(s) are available so that we can send the correct components so that you can install your shelving properly. Please select the correct option from the drop down menu below, which best describes the availability of your side walls as though facing your utility/airing closet enclosure working left to right.
Our systems CAN be fixed to stud walls and solid walls with no problems, as long as they are built to standard building regulations.
